Shipping Information

We cannot guarantee that every title offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In some cases, a title may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any title which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, it will be relected as "Reserved" on the final invoice. Students can collect at school bookshop when school reopens.

Payment methods are either SGQR or Debit/Credit card (processed securely by RedDot Payment).

We aim to process and deliver each order within 7 - 10 working days upon receiving payment for order placed. Kindly note that orders received after 10am will be processed on the next working days; orders received on Saturdays/ Sundays will be processed as Monday’s orders.

Due to overwhelming orders during peak period (November), orders may take longer for delivery.

You will receive a sms notification from the courier to inform you of the delivery date when order is picked up by the courier.
